Another all-inclusive resort is coming to Mexico’s tourism hub of Cancun, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The news was announced by Gonzalo del Peon, president of AMResorts.

The all-new property, adjacent to the Puerto Cancun Golf Club, will include amenities from a rooftop pool to a Pevonia spa.

The property is slated to open its doors June 15, 2019.

The family-friendly Sunscape brand has been expanding in the Caribbean in recent years from destinations like Curacao to Puerto Plata.

The move is part of a wider expansion for the company, which said it was planning to reach a target of 81 hotels across nine brands in 11 countries in the near future.
