Getting to St Kitts is about to get a whole lot easier.

The Eastern Caribbean destination is seeing continued growth from carriers across the United States and Canada.

The new flights include United’s new Wednesday flights from Newark to St Kitts, which are set to begin Jan. 9, along with the recently-announced launch of Sun country Airlines flights from Minneapolis to St Kitts beginning Dec. 22.

The new routes come as American Airlines, the leading carrier to the island, has already resumed operating its second daily flight from Miami on Wednesdays through Sundays.

Delta, which added nonstop Saturday flights from New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport to St Kitts at the end of 2017, is resuming that service Nov. 17, with an additional five operations this year thanks to an earlier start.

Delta will also be running nonstop flights from Atlanta to Basseterre on Wednesdays and Tuesdays beginning Dec. 26.

That’s without mentioning the Canadian market, from which Air Canada will resume seasonal Saturday flights from Toronto beginning Nov. 3.

“It is a testament to the strong relationships that the St Kitts Ministry of Tourism together with the St. Kitts Tourism Authority have built with the airlines that has led to this additional service,” said St Kitts Tourism Minister Lindsay Grant. “I could not be more pleased to see increased airlift to our shores from our airline partners to help us continue our momentum of growth in the tourism sector.”
