One of the Caribbean’s leading luxury boutique hotels has completed its comeback from Hurricane Irma.
Hotel Le Toiny, one of the top hotel properties in St Barth, officially reopened its doors on Monday.
The property has relaunched with both upgrades and expansions — including the addition of eight new “Spirit Suites,” along with a new two-bedroom “La Villa” suite, with the latter the largest on the property.
The new suites range from 1,184 to 1,400 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, with the La Villa Suite topping 2,000 square feet.
The transformation has included a property-wide refurbishment and refreshed interiors, along with an expansion at the property’s beloved Case Punch bar.
Le Toiny has also added a long-awaited addition, a pool set right on Toiny Beach.
The pool, set at the Toiny Beawch Club, includes a bungalow bar and a fleet of Land Rover Defenders to shuttle guests back and forth from the property.
Le Toiny also recently added a new executive chef, Jarad McCarroll.
The changes represent the first major room expansion for Le Toiny since it first opened in St Barth in 1992.
Le Toiny’s reopening is the first of what will be a wave of relaunches at St Barth’s top luxury hotels during the coming winter season.
