BVI’s Oil Nut Bay to Open New Marina Village

By the Caribbean Journal staff

The British Virgin Islands’ Oil Nut Bay development in Virgin Gorda is planning a major addition in December.

The luxury residential community is set to open its new Marina Village, a multifaceted destination that will be open both to owners and guests and the public.

The village will include a new waterfront restaurant and bar; a market, deli and provisioning store; a boutique and a library, along with a pool.

It will be accompanied by another residential project, the Marina Villas, a neighborhood including 11 homesites and three spec villas, with the latter set for completion in the middle of next year.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homes will have more than 2,100 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including private plunge pools.
