The Four Seasons Nevis Estates has closed on a significant home sale, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Villa 1722 “Sea Grape” at the Four Seasons Nevis Estates set a record for the largest transaction of a previously-owned home within the luxury development, which is located on the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis.

The sale price was nearly $6 million, sources told Caribbean Journal.

It was the fifth transaction within the Four Seasons Nevis Estates this year, with another closing ready for November, the FSRE development said in a statement.
