Aruba’s Tierra del Sol Launches New Real Estate Project

Thinking of a moving to Aruba?

The island is getting a new real estate development inside the exclusive Tierra del Sol Resort and Golf.

It’s called Paseo de Playa, and it’s set on the west side of Tierra del Sol, meaning spectacular golf course views, the beach and the northern side of Aruba.

The property is a short distance from Aruba’s popular Arashi beach.

The development will be a mix of contemporary estate-sized homes and more moderate homes.

Construction on the first home started this month.

Sotheby’s International Realty in Aruba is the exclusive agent for the project.
