Hard Rock is making big changes to its all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean.

The property is putting an end to the use of resort credit, turning its hotels in Punta Cana and Mexico into “limitless” all-inclusives, AIC Hotel Group announced.

The changes mean the property will offer fully all-inclusive vacations, with everything from Jack Nicklaus golf course play to spa treatments and tours, all for a 25 percent service fee.

“As a brand, the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels are known for being industry trailblazers continually breaking out of the sea of sameness when it comes to creating unique amenities and guest experiences,” said Frank Maduro, vice president of marketing at AIC Hotel Group. “Which is why completely eliminating the use of resort credit was the best next step for the brand to take.”

The company said by going “limitless” all-inclusive, the options “maximizes guests’ vacation experience by nixing the cap on resort credit dollars and allows vacationers to sit back, relax and fully indulge in paradise and luxury.”

The new all-inclusive offering will make its debut beginning Jan. 6 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos.

Hard Rock’s Los Cabos property is slated to make its debut in 2019.

The new additions mirror that pioneered by another of AIC Hotel Group’s properties, the UNICO Riviera Maya, which since its inception has offered a premium fee to get additional all-inclusive activities.
