Nassau Villa Hits the Market for $6.99 Million

A luxury waterfront villa in Nassau has hit the market for $6.995 million, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Poinciana House, a two-story, six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom canalfront home is set on the main waterway in New Providence’s tony Lyford Cay community.

The property, which sits on 175 feet of canal frontage, has a capacious renovated kitchen with marble countertops.

The master suite has mahogany floors, a study and dual walk-in closets with a wraparound veranda, while the master bathroom is fully marbled.

The home has a  total of 14,480 square feet of living area, on a 33,000-square-foot lot.
