Norwegian Adding Martinique-French Guiana Flights

By the Caribbean Journal staff

Looking for your next bucket-list getaway?

Norwegian has you covered.

The European low-cost carrier is launching new flights from Martinique to French Guiana, a new service linking the heart of the French Caribbean with one of the undiscovered frontiers of Caribbean travel.

The flights from Fort-de-France to Cayenne’s Félix Eboué Airport will launch on Oct. 31, operating four times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

That means the chance to fly Norwegian’s existing service from Fort Lauderdale to Martinique, enjoy a classic French Caribbean vacation, then hop to the French outpost at the tip of South America.

“We are very pleased with Norwegian’s new route between our island and French Guiana,” said Karine Mousseau, Martinique Tourism Commissioner.
