Turks and Caicos’ Rock House Reveals More Renderings

By the Caribbean Journal staff

The highly-anticipated Rock House residential hotel project in Turks and Caicos has revealed a new look at the soon-to-break-ground property on the north shore of Providenciales.

The project, which is slated to break ground at the end of the year, will include a collection of luxury “cottages” built into the cliffs of the northern coast of the island.

Each residence, designed by interior designer Shawn Henderson, will include porcelain and terrazo flooring, large soaking tubs and Waterworks fixtures.

Amenities at the hotel will include a 100-foot infinity pool perched on a limestone cliff, along with a signature eatery, a spa, bars and a private beach.

The new renderings are the first to show what will likely be one of the region’s most spectacular pools, above.

It’s the latest project for Grace Bay Resorts, which also recently acquired the Point Grace boutique hotel on Grace Bay Beach.

Rock House, which launched real estate sales in April of last year, has reportedly reached the 50 percent sales mark, according to a spokesperson for the property.
