The Four Seasons Nevis is reimagining some of its culinary concepts as part of its wider enhancement program.

The property, which will soon kick off a redesign of all 196 guest rooms and suites, has announced two new concepts EsQuilina and The Crowned Monkey Rhum Bar.

The existing Neve restaurant will become EsQuilina, the resort’s new breakfast and dinner restaurant, with a breakfast buffet by morning and a Mediterranean-inspired menu at night.

The resort’s existing Library Bar will be transformed into the Crowned Monkey Rhum Bar, serving as a space to eat, drink and socialize during the day and a rum bar by night that offers cigars, cocktail service and a large rum barrel and rum tasting program.

That will complement the property’s existing 101 Rums bar, which features one of the Caribbean’s largest selection of fine rums.

“The exciting new menus and striking enhanced spaces feature a combination of bright and natural colours, rich elements and local flavours, designed to introduce new and unique tastes to our guests,” said Gonzalo Güelman Ros, the resort’s General Manager. “With these reimagined restaurants and bars, our mission is to ensure superior dining, world-class service and, of course, authentic Nevisian charm.”
