By the Caribbean Journal staff

The Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line has added a major new ship to its fleet.

The new Grand Classica is a 10-deck, 1,680-passenger-capacity ship that is now offering two-night cruises and cruise-resort packages to Grand Bahama, with sailings out of the Port of Palm Beach.

Grand Classica joins the existing Grand Celebration in the company’s fleet.

The two ships will carry an estimated 500,000 passengers each year to Freeport.

Amenities range from complimentary room service to a two-level theater with Vegas-style live shows and a casino.
