There’s a new luxury real estate project set to launch in the Cayman Islands.

The new, eco-friendly Lighthouse Point Residences are being developed on a prime site adjacent to the Lighthouse Point dive hotel, just a short walk from the Cayman Turtle Center.

The project has combined an emphasis on green living, including solar arrays, with luxe seafront residences and a pair of pools: one an infinity freshwater pool, the other a sea pool.

Interiors on the ultra-modern residences will feature 11-foot ceilings, ultra-wide sliding glass patio doors and some of the best views on the island.

Pre—sales have already started on the project, according to RE/MAX Cayman Islands owner Kim Lund.
