One of the hottest eateries in St Barth has reopened its doors in the wake of Hurricane Irma.

Bonito held its relaunch party in Gustavia on Saturday night, the latest in a wave of restaurants to come back in St Barth’s rapid recovery.

Bonito, sister restaurant to the popular Juvia in Miami Beach, serves up a mix of French and Peruvian fusion flavors, from ceviche to classic foie gras.

It’s the latest addition to what has become a revitalized Gustavia, emerging as a new focus for the island in the wake of Irma.
