There’s a new listing on the real estate market in the Turks and Caicos islands.
It’s called Villa Cerulean, and it’s a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-half-bath modern villa on Providenciales’ North Shore.
The property, which has 118 feet of water frontage, was designed by local architect Simon Wood of SWA Architects, with a multi-level open-plan living space.
The two-story, 7,824-square-foot also boasts an infinity pool and its own private beach.
Villa Cerulean has been listed with Bernadette Hunt of Luxury Portfolio International.
The listing price? $6.5 million.
