One of St Barth’s most popular eateries has reopened its doors.

Restaurant Shellona, the hip waterfront outpost on Shell Beach in Gustavia reopened for the season on Dec. 27.

This is the second season for the Greek restaurant, which is set at the former Do Brasil and has a sister eatery in Saint Tropez.

The cuisine by Chef Yiannis Kioroglou, one of Greece’s most talented chefs, has a mix of local seafood dishes and classic Greek eats, from Aegean salad to mussels with feta cheese.

The beach is open every day from 10:30 to 8 PM.
