By the Caribbean Journal staff
One of the Turks and Caicos’ more remote properties has reopened its doors.
The East Bay Resort on the island of South Caicos has reopened, a gateway to one of the more untouched corners of the region.

East Bay has a mix of 86 beachfront suites and 16 traditional rooms, set in the heart of an aquatic sanctuary.
Rooms range from standard units aimed at value travelers to luxurious two-bedroom suites.

Amenities include a spa, restaurants and a swimming pool, along with a fitness center and tennis courts, among other amenities.
South Caicos is an approximately 15-minute flight from Providenciales.
