One of the best British Virgin Islands hotels is already planning its recovery from the devastation caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

The Cooper Island Beach Club has announced plans to reopen to hotel guests on Sunday, April 1, 2018, it announced in a post on Facebook this weekend.

“Thank you to all the friends of Cooper Island who have sent messages of support as we work towards rebuilding our little bit of paradise,” the hotel said in its note.

The boutique hotel and harbor has long been one of the most creative hotels in the Caribbean, from a massive rum bar to an on-site solar-powered microbrewery.
