Winair Resuming More Caribbean Flights

Regional Caribbean airline Winair has announced plans to resume operations to a host of destinations in the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

The company will be resuming flights in partnership with Air Antilles to Guadeloupe, Dominica and San Juan starting Oct. 23.

Winair will also be resuming flights between Curacao and Haiti, Haiti and St Maarten, Curacao and St Maarten and Haiti and Curacao starting Oct. 31.

Winair is based at St Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport, which recently reopened for commercial operations after sustaining heavy damage from the impact of Hurricane Irma.

The airline had already resumed flights to islands including Statia, St Kitts, Nevis, Antigua and St Barth.
