Grenada’s Spice Island Beach Resort Reopens

By the Caribbean Journal staff

Grenada’s venerable Spice Island Beach Resort reopens Sept. 29 following several enhancement projects, the property announced.

The upgrades came during Spice Island’s annual off-season closure.

The changes are highlighted by the addition of a new open-air yoga pavilion, which is slated to debut in October.

Spice Island has a total of 64 suites on the sands of Grenada’s famous Grand Anse Beach. It also features a spa, a fitncess center, two restaurants, a bar and a central swimming pool, among other amenities.

It was named as the #1 all inclusive in the Caribbean by Caribbean Journal in 2014.
