John Hix-Designed Home Hits Market in Vieques

A striking home designed by internationally renowned architect John Hix has hit the market in Vieques, Puerto Rico.

Casa Cascadas, or “House of Waterfalls,” is set on a 300-foot mountain ridge, with an ultra-modern brushed concrete design.

The eco-friendly, open-plan-layout home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 4,040 interior square feet. It was built in 2010.

The property also has commissioned artwork all over the house, along with custom-sculpted waterfalls, a pool and even a landscaped orchard.

It’s listed with Oriana Juvelier of Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty for $1.6 million.
