Jose Andres last year opened his new Fish by Jose Andres at Atlantis.

Celebrity chefs, great food and one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive resorts?

That’s the agenda for this year’s Third Annual Dorado Beach Culinary Getaway, which will bring together a quartet of celebrity chefs to the Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico from Nov. 9-12.

The celebration will give guests the chance at unprecedented access to the chefs and a series of “carefully curated” culinary experiences from a beachside cookout to wine and rum tastings.

“We’re thrilled to be hosting the Third Annual Dorado Beach Culinary Getaway,” said George Sotelo, General Manager, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. “We’re confident that it will be even more fantastic than the last and look forward to partnering with Chef Andrés on the event for many years to come.”

Andres, who is behind the resort’s signature Mi Casa restaurant, will be joined by Chefs Eric Ripert, Tim Love and Jacques Torres.

The resort is offering a special package for guests that includes accommodations, daily breakfast for two at Mi Casa and participation in all of the culinary events of the weekend.

Andres is no stranger to the Caribbean, as he also regularly headlines the Cayman Cookout every year with Ripert and fellow celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain.
