Seaborne Launches Puerto Rico-Antigua Flights

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 4, 2017

Caribbean carrier Seaborne Airlines has launched nonstop flights between San Juan and Antigua.

The flights mean capability for connections from over 30 destinations in the Americas and Europe to Antigua’s VC Bird International Airport.

The San Juan-Antigua flights will operate four days per week; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays between San Juan and Antigua, with Antigua-San Juan flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

“This service provides Antiguans and Barbudans with more options and connectivity to San Juan, US Virgin Islands and the mainland USA. The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority and Seaborne Airlines have plans to collaborate on a number of marketing activites for the remainder of 2017,” said Antigua’s Marketing Consultant for the Caribbean Region, Charmaine Spencer.

All flights will be operated by 34-seat Saab 340 aircraft.
