By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 27, 2017

There’s a new way to eat at the Cheval Blanc.

The Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France  has unveiled a new dinner menu and cocktail menu, with Chef Yann Vinsot combining French cuisine with local island-inspired flavors.

The new culinary slate includes dishes like nearly-raw queen snapper, wahoo carpaccio with fennel and veal.

The cocktail menu includes 12 new drinks inspired by different features of the property, from a Hibiscus Daiquiri to a cucumber cider.

The 40-suite property is set on Flamands Bay in St Barts.
