There’s a new boutique luxury condo coming soon to the increasingly hot destination of Tulum.

Silk Residences is opening its doors in the Riviera Maya, marking the first luxury condominium in Tulum’s center, with prices ranging from $278,850 to $325,700.

Developed by local company Riviera Maya Property Consultants, Silk Residences is a luxury seven-apartment condominium.

Designed by an experienced architect from Milan with residence in Tulum, Gabriele Fabrizio Sbalbi, Silk Residences blends local Mayan materials with European sophistication and sleek design.

The condo has individual dip pools on terraces and high-end finishes, with a rooftop that features a six-person jacuzzi, BBQ and lounging area, bar, modern equipped gym and a common pool.

The services offered by Silk Residences include maid service, concierge and private chef’s services.

Silk Residences is located directly in Tulum’s center, a ten-minute bicycle ride from the beach, next to the buzz of restaurants, shops and bars, but on a tranquil part of the street.
