A villa on the Parrot Cay private island in the Turks and Caicos Islands has sold for $17 million, according to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, which handled the transaction.
The Serenity Villa is set on 5.38 acres and 373 feet of white sand beachfront with 8,645 interior square feet. I
It’s serviced by the COMO Parrot Cay resort.
The deal closed this month, according to Denise Douglas, marketing officer at the brokerage.
The owner and buyers were not disclosed.
