By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 19, 2017

Palace Resorts has partnered with one of America’s greatest pastry chefs: Miami-based Antonio Bachour.

Bachour’s partnership with the resort company will include an exclusive menu of desserts and pastries exclusively curated by him.

Chef Antonio Bachour

“Palace Resorts prides itself in the ability to continuously search for strategic alliances that elevate our brand to the next level,” said  Jabib Chapur, Vice President of Food & Beverage for Palace Resorts.  “Bachour is a pastry master who embodies passion, elegance, innovation and excellence – the same characteristics that set Palace Resorts apart. By partnering with a passionate pastry chef such as Antonio Bachour, we guarantee guests will experience an unparalleled flavorful, dessert experience.”

Bachour’s desserts will also be featured at all 10 of the company’s properties in Mexico and Jamaica.

“I’m elated to be a part of the Palace Resorts team and bring unique, new twists to their dessert and pastry offerings. I was extremely impressed with the brand, its impeccable service and vast culinary dining options. I am honored to work alongside their extremely creative culinary teams and take their dessert to the next level” said Antonio Bachour. “I had the opportunity to work hand in hand with each pastry chef, collaborate with the culinary teams and share our expertise.  Together we crafted recipes that will surprise even the most refined palette.”
