If you’ve got plans to cruise around the British Virgin Islands’ North Sound, you may already know about the beautiful Yacht Club Costa Smeralda & Marina, a 38-slip refuge for yachts up to 300 feet long.

Open to marina clients and sail-up visitors, YCCS offers stunning views of the Sound, a restaurant, bar and fitness center.

And now YCCS, the Caribbean outpost of the famous Sardinia yacht club, has gotten even better, with two spanking new guest suites for those in search of a little land-based luxury.

The compact two-story Tower Suite features a circular design with an outdoor shower on the ground floor and upper-floor sleeping quarters accessed by an interior circular staircase. The spacious Commodore Suite, perfect for a couple, has a large marble-clad bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Open since March, the pair features sleek furnishings and restful white-on-white décor, allowing the eye to focus where it rightfully should – on the breathtaking beauty of the Caribbean beyond, with the islands of Virgin Gorda, Saba Rock, Prickly Pear and Eustatia beckoning on the horizon.
