Aruba’s Bucuti & Tara Names New Resort Manager

Aruba’s Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort has named Rik van der Berg its new resort manager, the property announced.

In the new role, van der Berg will oversee the daily operations of the resort. He had previously been serving as assistant resort manager since joining the property in February 2016, after having held management positions at Capella properties in Washington, D.C. and Singapore.

“Rik van der Berg brings professionalism and foresight to Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort in providing guests the memorable vacation experience we wish for them to enjoy,” said Ewald Biemans, owner and CEO of Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort. “Our all-encompassing commitment to sustainability includes promoting our staff from within, and we are excited to see Rik receive this well-deserved promotion.”
