The Caribbean real estate market continues to heat up, from luxe villas in St. Barts to penthouses in San Juan.

But there’s one Caribbean real estate listing that tops them all: Palazzate, the mega-manse in Barbados that’s currently the Caribbean’s most expensive home, according to real estate search portal Point2homes.

The 20-bedroom, 24-bathroom direct beachfront estate is currently listed on the market for $125 million.

Barbados-based Elegant Properties Realty has the listing.

Palazzate, set in Speightstown on Barbados’ famous Platinum Coast, has four levels, each of which covers more than 13,000 square feet of interior space and has its own swimming pool.

The home, which boasts its own spa, coffee shop and health club, even has underground parking, a rarity in Barbados.

Another perk? It comes with dedicated boat berths at the nearby Port Ferdinand marina.
