St. Regis Coming to Los Cabos

St. Regis Hotels and Resorts is expanding in Mexico.

The Marriott International brand has announced the signing of a 120-room hotel in Los Cabos, which has been seeing a wave of new investment, most recently by Solmar Group.

The St. Regis Los Cabos, which will also include a residential component of 60 residences, will be located in Quivira, Los Cabos, a residential community at the crossroads of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez.

We are thrilled to be expanding our footprint in Mexico by growing in upscale destinations such Quivira, Los Cabos, and through The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City.”

The property is located around 6km west of the well known Cabo San Lucas resorts and has easy access to an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course.

St. Regis has two existing Mexico properties in Mexico City and Punta Mita.

Marriott International operates another 69 hotels in Mexico under a number of brands.
