Atlantis to Complete Coral Towers Renovations in July

Atlantis Paradise Island is set to complete its major renovation project in July, the property announced this week.

The projects include a complete renovation of the Coral Towers and a “fully transformed” Marina Village.

“We’ve taken a step back to look to the future of Atlantis and truly understand what motivates today’s travelers to choose a destination,” said Howard C. Karawan, President and Managing Director of Atlantis, Paradise Island.  “This July, we will introduce the newly renovated Coral Towers at Atlantis along with a brand new Marina Village that will allow our guests to connect with Bahamian culture.”

The changes include a new lobby lounge, redesigned contemporary rooms and suites and a new blue and white poolscape designed by architect Jeffrey Beers.

The new Marina Village will have a focus on authentic Bahamian experiences, with shopping from local artisans on weekend markets and seasonal festivals with music from Bahamian musicians. It will also debut an authentic fish fry, along with conch salad and a beer tasting hall.

Coral Towers is now taking reservations for travel beginning in July, with rates starting at $329 per night.
