A New Yoga Retreat in Turks and Caicos

This June, Turks and Caicos’ Meridian Club is hosting its first total yoga retreat, The Art of Letting Go.

Visitors to the 800-acre private island of Pine Cay will enjoy a four-night experience on a two-mile stretch of award-winning beach, while fusing the mind, body and soul through yoga practice, workshops and meditation.

They will also indulge in ample time for exploring and snorkeling, relaxing and a day of mission with a local children’s organization.

Attendance to the event is limited to 12 people.

A price tag of $1,733 covers beach-front accommodations from June 25-29, a welcome gathering, breakfast and dinner daily at Bistro restaurant, mid-afternoon refreshment, arrival/departure taxi and boat transfers from Providenciales to Pine Cay, non-motorized water sports, eight yoga sessions, three workshops, four meditations, a picnic lunch on volunteer day, a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, snorkel excursion and more.

At the retreat, licensed yogi Maggie Grace will lead yoga, workshops and meditation geared towards all experience levels.

Having trained under Pat Bruno, she has studied yoga for wellness and received certifications focusing on a wide range of medical conditions.

Grace specializes in meditation; chakras balancing; vinyasa flow; and chair, intimate, corporate, senior, and children’s yoga.

Through practice and mission, Grace aims to leave guests in a state of higher awareness, able to let go and free up space to share their souls.
