Temptation Cancun Is Getting a New Look From Karim Rashid

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - April 19, 2017

World renowned designer Karim Rashid is leading a major renovation project at the Temptation Cancun adults-only.

The multimillion-dollar project includes a seven-story multicolor facade, along with 430 newly-redesigned rooms and suites, in addition to restaurants, bars and other changes.

The highlight will be the Bash Tower Ocean View rooms, with 88 units offering sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, large living areas and full bathrooms with rain showers.

Designer Karim Rashid is leading the major redesign project at Temptation.

The finished product is slated to debut in August, and the property is now offering rates as low as $343 per room pernight on travel from Aug. 15 through Oct. 31.

Temptation Cancun is an all-inclusive property that bills itself as a “playground for grown ups,” and is a topless-optional hotel.

Its “playgrounds” include everything from a “sexy pool” to an aphrodisiac-dining restaurant called “She” to a nightclub called “Bash.”
