Air Canada Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Klaus Goersch has resigned.
The company said that the executive had resigned effective April 30, until which time he will “continue to lead Air Canada’s operations until his departure.”
“The Corporation will announce his successor in due course,” Air Canada said in a statement.
Goersch had been serving as EVP and COO since his appointment by Air Canada in October 2012.
