Norwegian Jade Completes Renovations

Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Jade project has completed a three-week dry-dock renovation project.

The project included enhancements to every part of the on-board experience, including two brand-new restaurants, two new bars and lounges, updated design and decor and the refurbishment of all the ship’s staterooms.

The renovation is part of Norwegian’s wider “Norwegian Edge” fleet-wide investment program.

The ship is currently homeporting in Tampa for Caribbean cruises.

“We’re  thrilled to welcome Norwegian Jade back into the fleet with her new stylish finishes and modernized onboard atmosphere,” said Andy Stuart, Norwegian Cruise Line president and chief executive officer. “It is our sincere goal to deliver a fantastic vacation experience across our entire fleet, and this update to Norwegian Jade is an opportunity for us to enhance the ship’s hardware to match the fantastic guest experience our hardworking crew delivers to our guests every day.”

The two new eateries include O’Sheehan’s Bar & Grill, a 24-hour pub-style restaurant, along with The Pit Stop, a 1950s-style American diner.
