Regent Seven Seas Adds New Wellness Program

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 28, 2017
Regent Seven Seas Cruises is debuting a new wellness program, Seven Seas Wellness, aimed at holistic wellbeing with offerings that nurture the body and mind.

The program, which debuts this summer on Mediterranean sailings aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Seven Seas Voyager, pairs a new collection of wellness-themed excursions with a curated selection of signature Canyon Ranch SpaClub services– allowing guests the opportunity to create their own individualized program.

“For many of our guests, the pursuit of wellbeing is an essential part of a life well-lived,” said Jason Montague, President and CEO of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “From eating right and exercising to practicing ways to reduce stress and experience moments that uplift the spirit, wellness is quickly becoming the ultimate luxury.”

“This new initiative on Regent Seven Seas Cruises allows us to showcase the holistic lifestyle that Canyon Ranch embodies to like-minded luxury travelers around the world, both on land and at sea,” said Kathleen Shea, Chief Marketing Officer of Canyon Ranch. “As an ever evolving brand based on intentions, we are constantly working to further our mission for transformative wellness.”

Guests who choose a Seven Seas Wellness experience will enjoy a wellness-themed excursion from a collection of more than 10 options.

To complete the experience, they then select one of five included, 50-minute Canyon Ranch spa services: World of Relief Body Buff, Tangle Me Up Wrap, Ocean Scrub, Sole Rejuvenation, and Vitamin Infusion Facial.

To encourage guests to try new healthy options, Regent Seven Seas is also expanding the breakfast bar at the Pool Grill with an array of more healthful items, including low-fat yogurt, homemade muesli, and a selection of nuts and exotic fresh fruits.

At dinner, guests can also choose Canyon Ranch Balanced Selection appetizers, entrees and desserts, which offer a combination of flavor and nutrition.

All guests can choose wellness experiences beyond Seven Seas Wellness, through a menu of onboard Canyon Ranch SpaClub and Fitness Center options, including Reiki, acupuncture, fitness classes, personal training, educational presentations and workshops, and more.

“Our discerning clientele expects that we anticipate their needs and the importance of integrating wellness into the travel experience,” said Montague. “We are delighted to introduce Seven Seas Wellness.”
