A New Eatery at Eden Roc at Cap Cana

There’s a new place to eat at one of the Caribbean’s top hotels for foodies: Eden Roc at Cap Cana.

The Dominican Republic boutique resort has debuted BLUE Grill + Bar, set at the property’s beach club and offering dishes inspired by the art of Robatayaki and Nikkei cooking techniques.

The menu, designed by executive chef Gianluca Re Fraschini, will include everything from an extensive raw bar to entrees like Ribeye Wagyu and sous vide lobster tail, among others.

At night, the restaurant will turn into a lounge with a cigar cellar, a wine showcase and a resident DJ spinning into the night.
