This Hotel Is Launching a Bespoke Wellness Program

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - January 11, 2017

Antigua’s Blue Waters resort is expanding its wellness options with a new bespoke wellness program.

The “Living Retreat” program, in partnership with UK-based wellness brand Living Retreats, will allow guests to “kick start their health and fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle through a series of personalized, bespoke wellness programs, nutritional guidance, fitness sessions and more.”

The goal is to introduce guests to practices that will then be continued at home.

“We are very excited to partner with Living Retreats and offer this new wellness amenity for our guests,” said Tony Randall, Managing Director, Blue Waters Resort & Spa. “With the increased demand among travelers for greater health and fitness offerings, we are confident ‘The Living Retreat’ program will enhance our appeal as a wellness destination, in addition to Blue Waters being an ideal luxury Caribbean retreat.”

The program will officially launch May 1, with an $85 per person premium per day.

“We look forward to bringing our Living Retreats programming to Blue Waters Resort & Spa and expanding the resort’s wellness offerings,” said Luke and Joanna Gray, Lifestyle Consultants, Living Retreats. “Our fitness and wellness method is based on individually designed programs to achieve healthy body and mind, and we make it accessible to everyone.”
