Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao visited the Cayman Islands this week to launch a major new sports project in Grand Cayman.

The event is part of the first phase of a large-scale redevelopment of the Haig Bodden Playing Field, which is slated to open in early 2018 with a state-of-the-art boxing gym, basketball and netball courts and other facilities.
