Sandals Emerald Bay Reopens in Great Exuma

Following a closure due to Hurricane Matthew, the Sandals Emerald Bay Golf, Tennis & Spa Resort has reopened its doors.

The reopening comes along with the debut of a new restaurant and the announcement of upcoming LIV+ Sports packages for guests.

“Sandals Emerald Bay is back and better than ever,” said Gordon ‘Butch’ Stewart, Chairman of Sandals Resorts International. “Sandals Emerald Bay has a longtime reputation as being a leading destination in the Caribbean, and we look forward to continuing to exceed our guests’ expectations with our new improvements and offerings.”

In addition to Sandals Emerald Bay’s existing seven restaurants, Sandals Emerald Bay reopened with a brand new Jerk Shack, bringing the resort’s dining options to a total of eight restaurants.

In addition, Sandals Emerald Bay is also offering new LIV+ experience, which will allow guests exclusive access to an unprecedented sporting event place this January 5-11, 2017.

Sandals is also hosting a tournament of the PGA’s Web.com tour site called the Bahamas Great Exuma Classic, with a live broadcast on the Golf Channel.
