The tiny island of Nevis now has a serious new rum shop: L&L Rumshop, the brainchild of Caribbean rum expert Mark Theron.
The new shop in Charlestown, which also carries a wide range of duty-free liquor and tobacco, has an emphasis on rum, with great bottles from Rhum HSE to Rhum Neisson to Venezuela’s Diplomatico, among others.
It’s a boon for an island that has, until now, never had a top-level place to buy rums from around the region.
Theron is also the brains behind Clifton Estate Rum (available here too), the spiced rum that is Nevis’ first major locally produced rum.
L&L is a short walk from the Nevis ferry terminal at Upper Prince William Street.
