Anguilla’s Zemi Beach Names New Executive Chef

Anguilla’s Zemi Beach House resort has named a new executive chef.

The new property on Shaol Bay East has appointed Roberto Leoci in the role, in which he will lead the culinary charge for the property’s eateries including Stone, 20 Knots, Shoal Bay Beach Club and its Rhum Room bar.

Leoci, a native of Montreal, has a varied culinary resume including stops at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, the Pacci Italian Kitchen + Bar in downtown Savannah and several years as a private chef.

“I believe that dishes should maintain the authentic taste developed generations and centuries ago,” says Chef Leoci. “I’m eager to help drive the success of Zemi Beach House’s unique variety of restaurants with cuisine inspired by my international travels – highlighting handmade dishes with fresh  ingredients boasting Caribbean flavors for an experience that lives up to Anguilla’s culinary reputation.”
