The Caribbean’s newest luxury resort has opened its doors in Anguilla: The Reef by CuisinArt.

The 80-room sister hotel to Anguilla’s CuisinArt Resort is set on Merrywing Bay.

The hotel includes 25 golf view and 25 seaview junior suites in its main building, with 30 accommodations spread across four other beachfront buildings.

The resort’s pool will have its own resident DJ stationed poolside from 3 PM to 6 PM each day.

The property includes two eateries: The Yacht Club serving breakfast and dinner with a broad raw bar, along with Breezes, a beachfront lunch spot focused on Argentine-style grill and wood-fire food.

Guests at The Reef can also dine at the CuisinArt Resort’s four restaurants.

Executive Chef Jasper Schneider oversees the cuisine at both hotels.
