JetBlue Traffic Continues to Grow

New York City-based JetBlue continues to see growth in traffic, according to the carrier’s latest data.

JetBlue reported 3.57 billion revenue passenger miles in October, up 6.5 percent from the same period in 2015.

That was accompanied by 5.5 percent growth in available seat miles to 4.21 billion.

Load factor in October rose by 0.8 percentage points to 84.8 percent, with a total of 3.03 billion revenue passengers in the month.

For the year to date, JetBlue’s revenue passenger miles stand at 38 billion, a 10.1 percent increase over the first 10 months of 2015.

JetBlue is the fastest-growing airline in the Caribbean region.
