Serenity at Coconut Bay

Why We’re Excited about Serenity Coconut Bay in St. Lucia

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - November 8, 2016

A major new luxury adults-only resort is coming to St. Lucia, and it looks like a game-changer: Serenity at Coconut Bay.

The boutique property, which will located at the Coconut Bay property in Vieux Fort, will be an adults-only, all-inclusive resort that plans to set a new standard for all-inclusives on the island and the wider region.

It’s slated to debut March 1, 2017.

The hotel will include 36 suites in three categories ranging from 1,200 to 1,900 square feet, with all suites including plunge pools, oversized soaking tubs and glass-enclosed rain showers.

“We recognized a demand for a luxury product with a high level of quality and service, and the ambitious design and service concept for Serenity came to life,” says Mark Adams, CEO of Serenity. “Our butlers will be an integral part of the outstanding, personalized all-inclusive experience seeing to guests’ every need from in-suite spa services, romantic meals and more.”

All-inclusive amenities at the resort will include 24-hour room service, fully-stocked wet bars, private en-suite check-in and check-out, pillow menus, Bose entertainment centers, Molton Brown toileteries, aromatherapy oils, bathrobes and slippers and unlimited reservation-free, dining among other options.

The hotel’s signature eatery will be the Greathouse Restaurant, offering a menu of Caribbean-inspired cuisine using local ingredients and flavors.

The property will also include a 3,000-square-foot pool with an 85-foot lap pool at its center.
