Sotheby’s Expands to St. Vincent and the Grenadines

Global real estate firm Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded in the Caribbean with a new office in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

St. Vincent & the Grenadines Sotheby’s International Realty is led by Michelle Bellegarde as owner and CEO, with Pierre Bellegarde serving as president.

“St. Vincent & the Grenadines is a hidden gem in the Caribbean,” said Philip White, president and chief executive officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “With pristine beaches in an idyllic setting, the islands are attractive for second-home buyers. The company’s office is located on the Grenadine island of Bequia on the Belmont Walkway in Port Elizabeth.
