Paradisus Expanding With New Resort in Mexico

Paradisus Los Cabos

Paradisus Resorts is expanding its footprint in Mexico with a new property: Paradisus Los Cabos.

The all-inclusive Mexico hotel, which is slated to open in December, is the result of a $35 million transformation of the former Melia Cabo Real.

The hotel will be the ninth Paradisus in the world, and the fourth in Mexico.

The hotel will include 350 guest rooms, including 28 ocean-view swim-up suites, 98 royal service rooms, 30 family concierge suites, four swimming pools, three bars and six restaurants.

One of the eateries will include the Passion by Martin Berasategui, the noted Spanish chef who has lent his name to several Paradisus restaurants.
