The Maho Group’s latest real estate development in St. Maarten has officially launched.
The Emerald at Maho has begun pre-sales, with a planned opening date in 2018.
The modern project will span over two buildings with four floors each, for a total of 68 apartments in each building.
Amenities will include a deck and swimming pool, indoor and outdoor parking, laundry facilities, a game room, storage, a barbecue area, a fitness center, free Wi-Fi in common areas and a tech workspace, among other features.
Prices will begin at $86,790 per unit, making for one of the region’s most affordable new condo developments.
