New Beachfront Villas to Break Ground in Bequia

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - September 21, 2016

A new beachfront villa development is breaking ground on the Grenadine island of Bequia.

The Firefly Villas will break ground Sept. 29, with construction slated to begin in early October.

The project is a 15-home collection that is part of the Firefly Hotel Bequia and Firefly Hotel Mustique.

Each of the homes will be elevated by two feet, offering views to the beach and of the plantation.

It’s being developed by Bequia Development Ltd and designed by Swedish architect Olle Rex.

The villas are priced from $630,000.

“We are delighted to see Firefly Villas Bequia begin to take shape. With development set to commence imminently, buyers will be able to witness the progress of the construction of these new homes in one of the world’s most desirable locations,” said Walter Zephirin, Managing Director of London-based 7th Heaven Properties which is leading sales of the residences.
